Your tasks

Assist in creating and improving training materials for our customers (presentations guides e-learning content).

Support internal and external communication by preparing updates and newsletters.

Help organize workshops.

Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Work with digital tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Your qualifications

Enrolled in a full-time university program (Business Communication IT Management or related fields). Please attach your certificate of enrollment.

Interest in digital collaboration tools and agile working methods.

Strong communication and organizational skills (fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus).

Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence Mural Teams) with a willingness to learn new tools.

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
