Kautex in Bonn is offering an IT infrastructure support internship. You will work with colleagues and vendors to ensure ongoing stability of the IT infrastructure at the Bonn location.

You’ll provide site-specific application support, coordinate with vendors for escalation, and deliver level 2 end-user support for on-site topics, including VIP users and Data Center coordination. Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT, with basic Windows Server and networking

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server, user support, computers, and networking concepts.
• Prior IT work experience is preferred.
