Qualifikationen

What to expect?

• Consult our clients comprehensively on the respective Workday Modules and apply business requirements to system solutions.
• Own your area of expertise on the project and deliver it end-to-end.
• Build your own expertise while leading and sharing your knowledge with junior colleagues to help them grow.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to lead client workshops.
• Support our development as a business by applying your expertise to new project proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing one or more Workday Module(s) like HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance etc.
• Consulting background in HR Transformation / Digitalization or in the Human Resources Area.
• Understanding of HR Business Processes and practices.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and deep understanding of the value of digital HR Transformation.
