Job summary

BVS Verpackungs-Systeme AG in Germany invites an enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field to join our Business Excellence team and actively shape the ongoing process improvements.

You will support the reorganization of the QM manual, digitalization projects, regulatory research, and the creation of presentations and training documents.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable.
• Interest in process optimization, sustainability and digitalization.
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Access preferred.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Collaboration in the reorganization of our QM manual incl. creation of process flow charts and process descriptions
• Support in digitalization projects - e.g. development of a database-based solution for our material compliance management
• Research, preparation and structuring of regulatory requirements
• Creation of presentations and training documents
