Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Content Moderators to join a leading global e-commerce platform in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. The role offers relocation support from day one and a 6-month contract with accommodation and a studio option in Lisbon or Porto.

You will review and moderate content to ensure policy compliance, stay updated with guidelines, and escalate sensitive issues as needed. German and English language requirements apply; strong communication and empathy are essential for success.

• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2 minimum).
• Clear communication, empathy, and sound decision-making.
• Experience or strong interest in ecommerce and digital environments.
• Resilience in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
