Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Content Moderators to relocate to Portugal, with relocation support from day one. Positions are available in Lisbon and Porto, full-time, for six months, with Italian-speaking applicants welcome and German-English proficiency required.

You will review and moderate user content, adapt to evolving guidelines, and help maintain safe online spaces. Relocation package and onboarding support are provided to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2 minimum).
• Clear communication, empathy, and sound decision-making.
• Experience or strong interest in e-commerce and digital environments.
• Resilience in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with platform guidelines and adapt to changing procedures.
