Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on the German market. The role is full-time with a hybrid office pattern (2 days per week in Lisbon). You will manage campaigns, optimize performance, and work closely with clients.

Fluency in German and good English (B2) are essential, with 1–2 years in digital marketing in B2B. Relocation support is provided to help you settle.

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent German (written & spoken)
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles
• Experience in a B2B environment and with online advertising tools (e.g. AdWords)
• Google Ads Search certification is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in digital marketing trends
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• High work ethic and quality-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
