Cross Border Talents is seeking a Digital Marketing specialist to drive performance for the German market in Lisbon. The role offers relocation support and a hybrid setup with two days in the office.

The candidate will optimise campaigns, create keyword packs, analyze data, and report on performance. German and English (B2) are required, with 1–2 years in digital marketing and B2B ad experience.

Relocation aid included and a collaborative, growth‑focused team awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Native or fluent German (written & spoken).
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Experience in a B2B environment and with online advertising tools (e.g. AdWords).
• Google Ads Search certification is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

• Build and implement optimisation solutions for high-value advertising clients
• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations

• Prepare reports to support and improve optimisation strategies
