Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager to join our Barcelona-based team. You will onboard clients to Google Ads, craft effective campaigns, and build strong relationships while supporting relocation.

This hybrid, full-time role offers a German market salary package, relocation assistance, and benefits; you will engage with the German market, manage CRM data, and drive growth with upsells.

Qualifikationen

• C2 German and strong English proficiency.
• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the German market, culture, GDPR, and business practices.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

Compensation Designed for Top Talent

Base Salary (Gross):

German Market Package:
Minimum: 24,310
Maximum: 30,000

Bonus Structure:

Minimum bonus up to: 3,500
Maximum bonus up to: 4,290
