Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking an Onboarding Account Manager for the German market, with relocation to Barcelona. You will guide new clients to launch high-performing PPC campaigns and build trusted relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or marketing, fluency in German and English at C2, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Hybrid work at World Trade Center Barcelona with relocation support and private health insurance.

• Fluency in German (C2) and English (C2) is required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing is required.
• Strong client-facing, relationship-building and analytical skills are essential.
• Solid understanding of the German market and digital advertising ecosystem is required.
