Zusammenfassung

Nomadify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound inquiries by phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and timely solutions with professionalism and care. This role offers full relocation to Lisbon, including bureaucratic support to obtain NIF/NISS, housing assistance, and a gross relocation bonus of 2,500€ paid with the first payroll.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat

• Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

• Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required

For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:
Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS
Assistance in finding house according to the needs of the candidate
Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle- €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more)

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are customer-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
