BOHNZIRLEWAGEN GmbH sucht engagierte Studierende oder Praktikanten zur Mitarbeit an Real-Estate- und Bauprojekten in Hamburg. Sie arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft des Projektmanagements, unterstützen die technische Kundenvertretung und gestalten die Planung sowie Umsetzung von Projekten aktiv mit.

Vorausgesetzt werden ein Architektur- oder Bauingenieurwesen-Studium, erste Erfahrungen im PM-Bereich und sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Studium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienmanagement oder vergleichbar im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium.
• Erste Praxiserfahrung oder Praktika im Bereich Projektmanagement, Bauleitung oder Baustelle von Vorteil.
• Hohe Affinität zu Projektmanagement-Methoden, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel) und ideal Kenntnisse in Terminplanung bzw. Kalkulationssoftware.
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Begeisterung für komplexe Bauprojekte.

Aufgaben

• Sie unterstützen aktiv das Projektmanagement im Tagesgeschäft anspruchsvoller Immobilien- und Bauprojekte von der Initiierung bis zur Umsetzung.
• Sie begleiten technische Koordination, helfen bei Qualitätssicherung und Kostenkontrolle vor Ort und vertreten Interessen der Bauherren.
• Nach einer Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie schrittweise eigenständige Arbeitspakete im Projektmanagement.

To strengthen our team inHamburg,we are looking for dedicated support as aworking student or internfor real estate and construction projects / technical client representation & project management as soon as possible (working studies max. 20 hours/week, internship by arrangement also full-time).

In the middle of project management:You will actively support the project management in the day-to-day business of demanding real estate and construction projects, from initiation to planning and implementation.

• Technical client representation:You will accompany technical coordination, help with quality and target/actual control on the construction site and learn how the interests of building owners are professionally protected.
• Project management and coordination:You will delve deep into scheduling, cost control and quality management and support the preparation of decision templates.
• Own responsibility:After a thorough induction, you will take on independent work packages in project management step by step.

What you bring to the table:

• Professional background:You are studying architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), real estate management or a comparable course of study in your bachelor's or master's degree.
• First practice:Initial experience or internships in the field of project management, project control or on the construction site are a plus.
• Methodology & Digital:You have a high affinity for project management methods, work confidently with MS Office (esp. Excel) and ideally have initial knowledge of scheduling and/or calculation software.
• Personality:Analytical thinking, reliability, structured way of working and genuine enthusiasm for complex construction projects.
