To strengthen our team in HAMBURG, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Consultant TDD (f/m/d) for Technical Due Diligence (TDD), ESG, and Real Estate Consulting to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical Due Diligence & Transaction Advisory: Independently conducting technical due diligence, property inspections, evaluating electronic data rooms, and preparing cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects. Preparing real estate transactions, including risk analyses. Serving as the primary point of contact for the client in real estate purchase and sale transactions.
• ESG Due Diligence & Sustainability Consulting: Analyzing the sustainability performance of real estate properties in accordance with ESG and CRREM criteria, assessing compliance with the EU Taxonomy, and identifying opportunities for optimization. Applying and validating sustainability criteria on behalf of clients.
• Feasibility Studies & Project Analyses: Conducting feasibility studies and project analyses, as well as economic viability assessments.
• Project Monitoring and Controlling: Monitoring of cost, schedule, and quality parameters in project developments.
• Coordination & Management: Managing internal and external project stakeholders and ensuring quality throughout all project phases.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, real estate management, or a comparable field of study.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience (ideally 3–5 years) in construction and real estate consulting, project management, building condition assessments, or technical due diligence is a plus.
• Expertise: Knowledge of structural engineering issues, technical.
• Soft Skills: Dedicated, a team player, open-minded, and reliable. Analytical, solution-oriented, and meticulous approach to work.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both German (min. C1) and English.
• Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with industry-specific software (scheduling, cost tracking, and defect management) are a plus.
