Job summary

StudentJob is seeking a working student in Karlsruhe to carry out security-relevant data analyses, automate team tasks, and coordinate various projects. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program and has solid programming knowledge.

Tasks

• Carry out security‑relevant data analyses and present results in a target‑group‑oriented manner so that they enable high‑quality decisions.
• Create and continuously optimize the reporting of security metrics.
• Automate recurring team tasks with the help of scripts.
• Take on various coordination tasks, such as organizing appointments or following up on work packages.

Qualifications

• Studying (business) informatics and already enrolled in at least the second year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• All‑rounder with an interest in technical, economic and strategic aspects of information security and a continuous learner on own initiative.
• Solid technical knowledge, practical experience with programming languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with common developer tools (Git, build tools, etc.).
• Structured, committed work style and ability to collaborate successfully with people from different backgrounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication in German and English at C1 level, target‑group oriented.
