Zusammenfassung

Aareon in Mainz is seeking a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) in Sales Development (SDR) to support inbound qualification, research target customers, and CRM updates. The role is hybrid, up to 20 hours per week, and offers exposure to dynamic IT sales processes while you study.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in business, management, or marketing, have strong German communication skills and good English, and are comfortable with MS Office. Salesforce experience is a plus.

• Inbound lead qualification: assist with incoming requests, analyze customer needs, schedule first meetings.

• Organize and maintain sales information and FAQs, update internal systems.
• Support webinars and events: help organize, communicate and follow up.
• CRM and documentation: maintain Salesforce records, create reports, assist handover of leads to the Sales team.
