Qualifikationen

• Unterstützung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten, indem Optimierungsmöglichkeiten identifiziert und praktische Lösungen umgesetzt werden.
• Unterstützung bei der Analyse operativer Prozesse, um Engpässe und Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
• Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und Einführung neuer Systeme, Technologien und digitalen Werkzeuge zur Verbesserung von Fertigungs- und Verpackungsprozessen.

Erforderliches Wissen und Fähigkeiten:

• Einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, KI oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet anstreben
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens fortgeschrittenes (B2) Niveau in Englisch
• Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Proaktivität und praktische Einstellung

• 3D-Druckerfahrung
