Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung oder Studium in Medizintechnik/Medizin/Betriebswirtschaft oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Bereich oder im Medizinproduktevertrieb wünschenswert.
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten; ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.

• Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung medizinischer Anwender.

• Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten.
• Organisation von Workshops, Fortbildungen und medizinischen Trainingsveranstaltungen.

A Day in the Life Der Sales Representative Ablation

ist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Ablation-Portfolios mit besonderem Fokus auf das Wachstum und die Marktentwicklung der Therapiebereiche Bone Ablation und Soft Tissue Ablation. Die Rolle konzentriert sich auf die Steigerung der Therapiewahrnehmung, die Beschleunigung der Marktadoption, die Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie den nachhaltigen Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen im Interventional-Markt. Die Position arbeitet eng mit Ärzten, Krankenhäusern, internen cross-funktionalen Teams sowie relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen, um strategische Geschäftsziele zu unterstützen und nachhaltiges Wachstum der Therapien sicherzustellen. Diese Position umfasst hauptsächlich die Region Nordbayern und wird als Remote Position geführt. Remote bedeutet, dass die Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings oder Trainings kann gelegentlich die Anwesenheit in einem Medtronic Office erforderlich sein. Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Verantwortung für das kommerzielle Wachstum und die Marktentwicklung des Ablation-Portfolios (mit Schwerpunkt auf Bone Ablation und Soft Tissue Ablation Therapien)
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu medizinischen Fachkräften, Kliniken und relevanten Stakeholdern
• Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung medizinischer Anwender im klinischen Alltag
• Umsetzung strategischer Wachstums- und Account-Pläne in der Verkaufsregion
• Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Kundenbedürfnissen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale
• Organisation und Unterstützung von Workshops, Fortbildungen, Kongressen und medizinischen Trainingsveranstaltungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales-, Marketing-, Clinical- und Leadership-Teams innerhalb der DACH-Organisation

Erforderliches Wissen & Erfahrung:

• Abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizintechnik, Medizin, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Interesse am Vertrieb
• Erste Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Bereich oder im Medizinproduktevertrieb oder im Bereich interventioneller Therapien wäre wünschenswert
• Eigeninitiative, unternehmerische Denkweise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
• Fließende Deutsch-, und Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region
