Amazon Workforce Staffing is seeking an entry-level warehouse associate in Germany to receive, store, and prepare customer orders for shipment. You will operate scanners, assist in loading goods, and follow safety procedures across day and night shifts.

Jobbeschreibung

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,28

Salary

• 16.28€ gross per hour for day time shifts
• Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.28€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18.09€/h gross)
• Night Shift: 20,34 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,69 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy)

Shifts

• Fixed term full‑time position (40.00 h)
• Early: 06:00 am – 02:45 pm (Mondays 5:35 am - 3:05pm every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30pm - 5:30 am)
• Late: 03:05 pm – 11:50 pm (every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Duties

• Receive and put away inventory
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m.
• Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

• Lift up to 23kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Arabic, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
