Amazon Deutschland is seeking warehouse staff in Germany. Starting September 1st, day shifts earn 16.28€ gross per hour; night shifts 20.34€ including a 4.69€ night bonus for hours 23:00–06:00. Roles cover receiving, packing, loading, scanning, and quality checks.

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,28

Salary

• 16.28€ gross per hour for day time shifts
• Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.28€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18.09€/h gross)
• Night Shift: 20,34 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,69 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy)

Shifts

• Fixed term full‑time position (40.00 h)
• Early: 06:00 am – 02:45 pm (Mondays 5:35 am - 3:05pm every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30pm - 5:30 am)
• Late: 03:05 pm – 11:50 pm (every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Duties

• Lift up to 23kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
