Amazon Deutschland sucht Mitarbeiter für Schichtbetriebe in Suelzetal. Die Stelle ist unbefristet festangestellt mit 40 Stunden pro Woche. Einstiegslöhne beginnen bei 16,28 € brutto pro Stunde im Tagdienst; Nachtarbeit 20,34 € pro Stunde mit Nachtzuschlag von 4,69 € pro Stunde.

Nach 12 Monaten gilt ein fest vereinbarter Anstieg, nach 24 Monaten ein weiterer Anstieg. Transport mit Deutschlandticket und Shuttle sind verfügbar; umfangreiche Sicherheits- und Produktsicherheitsvorgaben gelten.

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,28

Salary16.28€

gross per hour for day time shiftsGuaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.28€/h gross) and24 months(calculated 18.09€/h gross)

Night Shift 20,34 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,69 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Fixed term full-time position (40.00 h)

Early shifts

06:00 am – 02:45 pm (Mondays 5:35 am - 3:05pm every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30pm - 5:30 am)

Late shifts

03:05 pm - 11:50 pm (every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and put away inventory
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
• Lift up to 23kg

You’ll also need to be able to

• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Arabic, with the ability to understand and adhere to alljobrequirement and safety guidelines.
