Airbus Defence and Space GmbH sucht einen Werkstudenten im Bereich Strategic Procurement Armament, Electronic Warfare and Drones. Du bist Vollzeitstudent/in und unterstützt als Commodities-Manager bei Sourcing, Ausschreibungen, Lieferantenauswahl und Vertragsverhandlungen. Standort ist Immenstaad/Friedrichshafen.

Die Position bietet ca. 18 Stunden pro Woche, flexibles Arbeiten nach Absprache und die Möglichkeit, internationale Kontakte zu knüpfen.

Qualifications

• Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent im relevanten Fachbereich (BWL/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/Maschinenbau/RS-/Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar).
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Einkauf oder Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint und/oder Google Workspace.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung der Commodity Manager bei Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen.
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen für spezifische Produktkategorien.
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien.
• Überwachung der Lieferantenperformance (KPIs).
• Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, z. B. Erstellung von Präsentationen und Reports.

Du bist Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w), auf der Suche nach einer Werkstudentenstelle und möchtest die Arbeit eines Commodity Managers (d/m/w) kennenlernen? Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Unterstützung der Commodity Manager bei CFTs (Call for Tenders), inklusive Sourcing, Ausschreibungen, Lieferantenauswahl und Vertragsverhandlungen.


• Durchführung von Marktanalysen für bestimmte Produktkategorien.


• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien.


• Überwachung der Lieferantenperformance (KPIs).


• Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, z. B. bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, System Engineering oder vergleichbar.


• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf oder Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert.

Definition working student: Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis. This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student’s main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Supporting Commodity Managers with CFTs (Call for Tenders), including sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.


• Conducting market analyses for specific product categories.


• Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.


• Monitoring supplier performance (KPIs).


• Supporting day-to-day operations, such as creating presentations, reports, and decision papers.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.


• Initial practical experience in procurement or project management is desirable.


• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and/or Google Workspace.


• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.


• Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working.


• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and high self-motivation.
