Job summary

Ritter, Teil von Avantor, sucht einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im HR-Bereich am Standort Schwabmünchen. Du sammelst Praxiserfahrung im Personalwesen und begleitest HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycles – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören die Unterstützung des HR-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft, die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Personalakten sowie die Pflege von Personaldaten in HR-Systemen.

Qualifications

• Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Personalmanagement.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalwesen sind von Vorteil.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint.
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des HR-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei administrativen Personalprozessen.
• Mitarbeit bei Personalprozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycles – Eintritt bis Austritt.
• Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalakten sowie HR-Dokumenten.
• Unterstützung bei Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen.
• Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten in HR-Systemen und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität.
• Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen.
• Organisation von Schulungen, Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen und HR-Projekten.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und HR-Reportings.
• Unterstützung bei internen HR-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.

Du möchtest während Deines Studiums praktische Erfahrung im Personalwesen sammeln und einen umfassenden Einblick in die Personalarbeit erhalten? In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du unser HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und begleitest Personalprozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding. Dabei arbeitest Du an vielfältigen administrativen Aufgaben, unterstützt bei HR-Projekten und sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
• Mitarbeit bei der Organisation und Koordination von Schulungen, Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen und HR-Projekten
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und HR-Reportings
• Unterstützung bei internen HR-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei personalbezogenen Fragestellungen

Das bringst Du mit:

• Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalwesen sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
