Zusammenfassung

Qualifikationen

  • You already have at least 5 years of professional experience with redundant aerospace system architectures and safety assessment.
  • You have a solid understanding of avionics, digital communication, and electrical systems.
  • You have conducted functional hazard assessments and fault tree analyses.
  • You are familiar with aviation regulatory frameworks (ARP 4754A, ARP4761, CS-23, DO-178C).
  • You have experience with safety assessment and requirements management tools.

What is your Day-to-Day Mission:

Develop functional and physical system architecture considering system safety and relevant aviation standards (e.g., ARP 4754A, ARP 4761, STANAG 4671)

Drive the selection of applicable safety requirements for aircraft systems

Manage, develop, and validate requirements from aircraft via system to component level

Define safety process

Continuously conduct safety assessment (FHA, FTA) during the development

Select, evaluate, and integrate components of the system architecture

Define validation and verification strategies

Support process planning, execution, and certification liaison

Support system-level integration, ground-testing, and flight-testing activities

What you bring to the team:

You have a Master’s degree in the field of aerospace engineering (or similar course of studies).

You already have at least 5 years of professional experience with redundant aerospace system architectures with hands-on experience in systems engineering and safety assessment.

You have a solid understanding of avionics, digital communication, and electrical systems.

You have actively conducted functional hazard assessments and fault tree analyses.

You have hands‑on experience with safety assessment and requirements management tools.

You are familiar with the regulatory frameworks in aviation (ARP 4754A, ARP4761, CS-23, DO-178C, etc.).

Experience in military systems design certification is helpful (e.g., STANAG 4671).

Your open, communicative, very friendly and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert.

You are highly self‑motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.

Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
