Zusammenfassung

Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation GmbH is seeking a proactive intern to support the AI Strategy & Steering team in shaping Mercedes-Benz-wide AI activities.

The role involves planning and following up on OKR workshops, preparing program townhalls, and creating clear content for various audiences. Collaboration in international teams and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• You are studying business or media informatics, economics or a comparable course of study.
• You are interested in current AI trends, project and program management, and collaboration in complex stakeholder environments.
• You are characterized by structured, reliable work and organizational talent for workshops, meetings and communication formats.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and ideally experience with MS Copilot and other AI applications.

Aufgaben

• Support our AI Strategy & Steering team in the context of Mercedes-Benz-wide AI activities.
• Plan, implement and follow-up OKR workshops and controlling dates.
• Organize program townhalls including agenda, participant communication and feedback requests.
• Prepare content and presentation documents for target groups and support dissemination via central program channels.
• Maintain distributors, contact lists and work documents to ensure transparent information flows within the program environment.

Your tasks?

• You will support our AI Strategy & Steering team in the context of Mercedes-Benz-wide AI activities.
• You will be involved in the planning, implementation and follow-up of OKR workshops and controlling dates.
• You will be responsible for the organizational preparation of program townhalls, including agenda, participant communication and feedback requests.
• You prepare content and presentation documents in a way that is appropriate for the target group and support them in communicating them via central program channels.
• You will maintain relevant distributors, contact lists and work documents and ensure transparent information flows in the program environment.
