Zusammenfassung

Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation GmbH is offering a six-month student internship in communications and content creation. You will support planning and management of global communication measures for internal and external audiences, and craft German and English content for intranet posts, social media, and presentations.

You will work with international teams to develop formats, track results, and prepare reports.

Your tasks

• Support the planning, implementation and management of global communication measures for internal and external target groups.


• Conception, creation and editing of target group-oriented content, including texts, intranet posts, social media posts and presentations, in German and English.


• Actively participate in the further development and maintenance of our internal and external communication channels, for example on the intranet, newsletter or on social media.


• Analyze, monitor and track communication measures and derive optimisation potential.


• Conceptually involved in communication formats and storylines and work closely with international stakeholders and various departments.


• Prepare reports and presentations as well as support in market and competitor analyses.

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student (d/m/f/x) with a focus on communication, media, marketing, economics or a comparable course of study and are looking for an exciting opportunity to gain valuable practical experience for six months from 01.08.2026.


• You impress with your quick comprehension, a structured and independent way of working as well as a high degree of reliability and organisational talent.


• In addition, you bring creative ideas, a good sense of communication and very good German and English skills.


• You communicate confidently, in a way that is appropriate for the target group and with the necessary tact.


• You are enthusiastic about social media and also feel confident in dealing with numbers.


• You are proficient in the use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.


• Ideally, you have already gained some experience with content management systems and social media tools.


• As a real team player, you lend a hand in all tasks, appreciate international cooperation and want to work with your colleagues in our offices in Stuttgart or Ulm. Remote work is possible in consultation with the supervisor.
