A dynamic educational institution in Neuss seeks a Wellbeing Student Counsellor to support students' emotional and academic needs. Candidates must possess a degree in psychology or a related field and demonstrate experience with adolescents, along with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. The role includes designing workshops for parents and teachers and collaborating closely with the school community.
We wish to hire a dedicated and qualified Wellbeing Student Counsellor (m / f / d) to join our dynamic educational institution as of January 1, 2026.
Applicants must have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or education (post-graduate qualifications preferred). Applicants must also have an academic and practical understanding of developmental psychology and behaviour management. Experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic, community support, or educational setting is advantageous.
The Wellbeing School Student Counsellor provides social, emotional, and learning support to children between the ages of 9 and 15. Working in collaboration with teachers, parents, and administrators the counsellor directly supports each child’s well‑being and academic potential development.
