Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in design.
• Strong skills in Figma and the ability to create design mockups.
• Hands-on experience in Tilda website building.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and UX / UI principles.
• Native-level Russian and fluent English.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage.

Overview

This is a remote position.

IT Career Hub was founded in Germany in September 2022 by a team of managers and teachers from the largest educational startups in the world. The Education and Career Center provides a full cycle of support - from choosing a profession to employment. IT Career Hub graduates work in corporations such as Zalando, Bolt, ImmoScout24, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. The mission of IT Career Hub is to train adult students to work in the field of information technology, promote the individual development of each student and help in finding a new promising job.

IT Career Hub training programs are certified by AZAV and are designed to be flexible to the needs of adult students, providing the opportunity to learn regardless of work experience and previously acquired knowledge and skills.

We don\u2019t limit ourselves to just training. We also provide employment support and career counseling to our graduates. We establish partnerships with leading companies in the industry so that our students have the opportunity to gain experience through an internship and then a job at one of these companies.

Responsibilities

• Designing marketing creatives, banners, and landing pages;
• Creating and fine-tuning checklists, presentations, and email templates;
• Developing social media visuals – posts, stories, and covers;
• Working with Figma and Google Presentations to adjust and enhance existing designs (not from scratch);
• Crafting static ad creatives in Figma;
• Building and styling websites on Tilda (ZeroBlock).

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in design;
• Strong skills in Figma and the ability to create design mockups;
• Hands-on experience in Tilda website building;
• Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and UX / UI principles;
• Native-level Russian and fluent English;
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage.
