Cylib sucht eine/n Abfallmanager/in zur Koordination der Abfallentsorgung an unseren Standorten in Aachen, Dormagen und Wernberg-Köblitz. Sie wählen Entsorger aus, verifizieren Unterlagen und betreuen das eANV-System (ZEDAL).

Sie übernehmen die Rolle des Abfallbeauftragten, führen Standorteinspektionen durch und setzen Abhilfemaßnahmen um. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Formación

• Abgeschlossene technische oder wissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Umwelt, Prozess-, Rohstoff- oder Abfalltechnik)
• Zertifizierter Abfallbeauftragter nach AbfBeauftrV
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Abfallmanagement
• Fundierte Kenntnisse des KrWG, NachwV, GewAbfV, AVV, EfbV sowie der EU-Abfallverbringungsverordnung
• Praxis im Umgang mit dem elektronischen Abfallverifizierungssystem eANV, idealerweise ZEDAL
• Erfahrung mit Meldungen gemäß Gefahrgutregelungen ADR oder Recycling-/Chemie-Branchen vorteilhaft
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise & klare Kommunikation mit Behörden & Partnern
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen zwischen unseren Standorten Aachen, Dormagen und Wernberg-Köblitz
• Fließendes Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse

Responsabilidades

• Sie koordinieren die Abfallentsorgung an unseren Standorten in Aachen, Dormagen und Wernberg-Köblitz, von Auswahl bis Beauftragung von Entsorgungsbetrieben und Begleitdokumenten.
• Sie betreiben unser eANV-System (ZEDAL) und erstellen Begleit- und Verifizierungsunterlagen.
• Sie übernehmen die Rolle des Abfallbeauftragten, führen standortbezogene Abfallkontrollen durch und setzen daraus abgeleitete Maßnahmen um.
• Sie stellen die Einhaltung der Abfallrechtsvorgaben sicher (KrWG, NachwV, GewAbfV, AVV, EfbV, EU-Verbringungsverordnung).
• Sie bereiten Audits für EfB vor und unterstützen sie.
• Sie erstellen Meldungen für grenzüberschreitende Abfälle innerhalb und außerhalb der EU.
• Sie erstellen Abfallbeschreibungen, inklusive notwendiger Analysen.
• Sie fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für abfallbezogene Fragen und koordinieren mit dem Gefahrgutbeauftragten sowie externen Partnern.

Descripción del empleo

• You coordinate waste disposal at our sites in Aachen, Dormagen and Wernberg-Köblitz, from selecting and commissioning disposal companies to the waste verification documents and accompanying documents.
• You operate our electronic waste verification system (eANV) in ZEDAL.
• You take on the role of waste officer, conduct waste-related site inspections and track derived measures until they are implemented.
• You ensure compliance with waste regulations, including the Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewAbfV) and the Waste Catalogue Ordinance (AVV).
• You prepare the audit for certified waste management companies (EfB) and support it.
• You prepare notifications for cross-border waste shipments within and outside the EU.
• You prepare waste descriptions, including the required analyses.
• You are the central point of contact for waste-related questions, build up our knowledge management in this area, and coordinate with the dangerous goods officer and our external partners.

• You have a technical or scientific degree, for example in environmental, process, raw materials or waste management engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You hold the certified expertise as a waste officer under the Waste Officer Ordinance (AbfBeauftrV).
• You have at least three years of professional experience in waste management at an industrial company or a certified waste management company (EfB).
• You have a sound knowledge of waste law, in particular the Circular Economy Act (KrWG), the Waste Verification Ordinance (NachwV), the Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewAbfV), the Waste Catalogue Ordinance (AVV), the EfB Ordinance (EfbV) and the EU waste shipment regulations.
• You have hands-on experience with the electronic waste verification system (eANV), ideally ZEDAL, with waste verification and accompanying documents, waste descriptions, and supporting EfB audits.
• Experience with notification procedures, dangerous goods regulations (ADR), or in the recycling, battery or chemical industries is an advantage.
• You work in a structured and independent way and communicate clearly with authorities, waste disposal companies and operational teams.
• You are willing to travel between our sites in Aachen, Dormagen and Wernberg-Köblitz.
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
