Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG sucht eine/n Lagerfachhelfer/in zur Unterstützung im Wareneingang, der Kommissionierung und der Versandvorbereitung. Sie prüfen eingehende Güter, lagern diese ordnungsgemäß ein und arbeiten eng mit dem Dispositionsbereich zusammen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören das Verpacken, Labeln, der Warenausgang, der Transport mit dem Gabelstapler sowie die Buchung von Warenbewegungen im Lagerverwaltungssystem. Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise ist Voraussetzung.

Qualifications

• Berufsausbildung im Lager-/Logistikbereich ist Voraussetzung.
• Gabelstapler-Führerschein wird vorausgesetzt.
• Grundkenntnisse Deutsch in Sprache und Schrift sind erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Entgegennahme von Wareneingängen, Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden.
• Lagerung der Ware an vorgesehenen Standorten im System.
• Kommissionierung nach Aufträgen und Vorbereitung zum Versand.
• Verpackung, Etikettierung und Versandvorbereitung der Güter.
• Transport mit dem Gabelstapler innerhalb des Lagers.
• Warenbewegungen und Bestände im Lagerverwaltungssystem verbuchen.

Job description

You receive incoming goods, check them for completeness and any damage in transit, and cross-check them against the delivery documents You then store the goods in their designated storage locations using the warehouse management software You pick items according to orders and carefully prepare them for dispatch You pack goods appropriately for dispatch, label them and prepare them for dispatch In the dispatch department, you load the consignments and check the relevant dispatch documents As part of returns management, you receive returns, check the condition of the goods and either restock them or forward them You will use a forklift truck to transport pallets and goods within the warehouse and to load and unload vehicles You will record goods movements and stock levels in the warehouse software and assist with stock-taking You maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse area whilst observing safety regulations General warehouse tasks such as stock reallocation and stock checks are also part of your duties

Qualifications

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d)
• You hold a valid forklift licence and have practical driving experience
• You have experience using warehouse software
• Some experience in order picking would be an advantage
• You work meticulously and reliably, and are able to keep track of things even when tasks change
• We require a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
