We offer the world’s finest coffee and equipment to over 150,000 customers online and in our Cafés, driven by our goal to make high‑end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we invest € 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffee‑growing areas, such as providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. Your tasks
  • Use our packing machines to pack our roasted coffee beans
  • Grind the roasted beans when necessary
  • Maintenance, cleaning, and organisation of our equipment
  • Ensuring safety, cleanliness and order in our warehouse and team rooms
  • When needed, transport the roasted coffee from our production facilities in Berlin to our logistics warehouse (Berlin Reinickendorf) and our cafés with our Sprinter (3,5t)
  • Working with a great, international team in Berlin Reinickendorf (Lübarser Str. 40‑46)
Your profile
  • Previous experience in warehouse jobs is a big plus
  • Ability to work 4-5 days a week (32‑40 hours)
  • Driving licence class B is a big plus
