Flink is seeking an enthusiastic Ops Associate in Würzburg to support order packing, quality checks, and stock management. You will help maintain product freshness and proper shelving while cooperating with a diverse team in a fast-paced grocery delivery hub.

You will work on-site in a modern hub with health insurance and holidays included, plus team camaraderie and employee discounts. Fluency in English or German is required to communicate with colleagues and customers.

Your mission:

• You pack customers' orders quickly and efficiently.
• You ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.
• You register and book new products.
• You check stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.
• You are responsible for monitoring and documenting the temperatures in the refrigeration units and on the goods.
• You will work with your team to keep the workplace clean and organised.
