Jobster in Germany is seeking enthusiastic Ops Associate to join our delivery hub team. You will pack orders quickly, ensure fresh and high-quality products, register and book new products, and monitor temperatures in refrigeration units.

Work with a team to keep the hub clean and organised while benefiting from a nationwide network and a supportive international team. Requirements include being at least 18, eligible to work in Germany, and fluency in English or German.

Our delivery hubs are strategically located in densely populated urban areas, facilitating swift deliveries with our fleet of electric bikes. Flink, the leading online supermarket, is experiencing rapid growth and is now operational in all major cities across Germany. Your mission:

• You pack customers' orders quickly and efficiently.
• You ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.
• You register and book new products.
• You check stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.
• You are responsible for monitoring and documenting the temperatures in the refrigeration units and on the goods.
• You will work with your team to keep the workplace clean and organised.
