Flink in Gütersloh is seeking an Ops Associate to help pack orders quickly and ensure fresh, high-quality products. You will register and book new items, check stock, expiry dates and product quality, and monitor temperatures in refrigeration units.

You will work with your team to keep the hub clean and organized, joining a great international team with a sense of community. Fluency in English or German and a work permit in Germany are required.

Your mission:

• You pack customers' orders quickly and efficiently.
• You ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.
• You register and book new products.
• You check stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.
• You are responsible for monitoring and documenting the temperatures in the refrigeration units and on the goods.
• You will work with your team to keep the workplace clean and organised.
