Advanced Supply Chain Group Nettetal is seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure efficient day-to-day warehouse operations. You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods while upholding accuracy, safety, and quality.

You will join a collaborative team committed to reliable, on-time order processing. The role offers full-time permanent employment, with training provided, and a focus on health and safety.

About the role

As a Warehouse Operative at ASC Nettetal, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and quality. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure that customer orders are processed on time and that warehouse operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining an organised and safe working environment.

What we need from you

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and being on your feet for extended periods.
• A strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
• Basic English or German communication skills are beneficial.
• Eligibility to work in Germany.
