A truck needs to leave. The goods have to be right. The paperwork has to be in order. The filling line needs to be up and running.
In the warehouse, many things work together. People who work here don’t just move goods from A to B. They make sure our products are loaded safely, shipments are dispatched correctly, and operations run smoothly.
Warehouse Associate / Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d)
That’s exactly why we’re looking for you: someone who gets the job done, thinks proactively and takes their job seriously.
What your day-to-day looks like:
- You’ll be responsible for getting the goods on their way. You’ll load lorries (tarpaulin-covered, container, silo) and ensure that everything is packed correctly and safely.
- You’re not just in the driving seat when it comes to the forklift. You’ll be operating our filling lines (25kg sacks, 1,000kg big bags) and keeping an eye on the process.
- You’ll ensure that the documentation is correct. You’ll prepare freight and dispatch documents on the computer.
- You can tell when something isn’t quite right. Whether it’s the goods, the equipment or the processes: you don’t just look the other way, but take action within the scope of your responsibilities.
- You keep your workspace tidy. For you, tidiness and cleanliness are an integral part of the job – just as much as complying with our quality and health and safety guidelines.
Skills and experience:
We’re not looking for a perfect CV. We’re looking for someone with the right professional skills who is keen to do their job properly.
- Ideally, a completed qualification as a warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of logistics
- Experience in warehouse logistics, particularly in loading and dispatch
- A forklift licence and the ability to operate safely
- An interest in technology and manual dexterity – you want to understand how a system works, not just which button to press
- Computer skills for order fulfilment: knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage
- Reliable, methodical and self-motivated approach to work
- Willingness to work a three-shift rota (early, late and night shifts)
You don’t have to be able to do everything. But you should be prepared to take on responsibility and think proactively. You can rely on your colleagues – just as they can rely on you.
