Zusammenfassung

iMile Delivery is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist in Germany to manage daily warehouse activities, drive accuracy in inventory, and coordinate with transport providers for seamless logistics across assigned areas.

You will monitor stock levels, prepare shipping documents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance in all procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency is required; additional local language skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular stock reconciliation.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Support warehouse projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with employee training on warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Handle customer inquiries related to warehouse operations and shipment status when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
