Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to lead and develop the warehouse team. The role focuses on maintaining smooth daily operations, safety compliance, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee inbound/outbound workflows, supervise staff, and ensure accurate records while coordinating with supervisors. Proficiency in Excel and strong German communication are required; English is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), ideally in trade logistics / forwarding.
• Alternatively, commercial training as Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) or another qualification with related experience.
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• Experience leading warehouse staff and willingness to be available.
• Good proficiency with Office programs (Excel).
• Good written and spoken German; English desirable.

• Participate in day-to-day operations when necessary.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), ideally in trade logistics / forwarding (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, a commercial training as Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) / or, as a career changer, another qualification or several years of experience in the aforementioned field
• Initial leadership experience, e.g., as a foreman or supervisor, is an advantage
• Career changers from other industries with a willingness to learn are welcome
• Experience in leading warehouse staff and a commitment to being available are advantageous
• Good proficiency with common Office programs (Excel)
• Good written and spoken German
• English skills desirable
• Other language skills are an advantage
