Role Description The Warehouse Operations Specialist is a part-time hybrid role based in Bavaria, Germany, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. On-site responsibilities include receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations. The role involves operating material handling equipment, assisting with loading and unloading shipments, and following safety and compliance procedures. Remote activities may include updating inventory systems, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and communicating status reports. The specialist collaborates with team members to ensure efficient material flow and timely support for educational and operational programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Operations to manage stock levels and support efficient warehouse processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Material Handling and Forklift Operation to safely move, store, and retrieve materials and equipment.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and partner organizations.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments, preferably in military or education-related settings, is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, work both independently and in teams, and adapt to hybrid on-site and remote work requirements.
• Basic proficiency with inventory management software and standard office applications is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in forklift operation or material handling, and fluency in English (German language skills are a plus).
