Job Title: Warehouse Inbound Team Lead – Fresh & Frozen

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the inbound team for fresh & frozen goods, including on‑site operational support when required.
• Arrange daily work assignments, shift planning and workforce deployment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor inbound processes, identify abnormalities in a timely manner, and take or escalate corrective actions.
• Provide basic skills training and continuous coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with related functions (e.g., transport, inventory, quality) to ensure stable upstream and downstream operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, temperature control and warehouse safety standards.
• Support efficiency improvement and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in warehouse management, ideally within fresh, chilled, or frozen environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
• Warehouse management experience is preferred.
• German and English for daily communication.
