Aufgaben

We're looking for a Workshop Attendant (f/m/d) to keep our workshop and warehouse running smoothly. You'll make sure the right tools and parts are always where they need to be, support our production team day to day, and help keep everything organized as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and transport production materials, tools, and equipment between workstations and storage for assembly, testing, and QC work
• Maintain an overview of tool and consumables inventory, flagging shortages before they become a problem
• Keep the assembly, testing, and QC areas clean, organized, and safe, including waste and scrap disposal
• Support regular maintenance checks and upkeep of tools and equipment, where applicable
• Help out wherever support is needed, across all teams, as tasks come up

Requirements

• Some experience in a workshop, warehouse, or production environment
• A vocational background such as Fachlagerist, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, or a technical/craft apprenticeship is a plus, but hands-on experience matters more than a formal qualification
• Comfortable using basic hand and assembly tools
• Organized, hands-on way of working
• Reliable and proactive, you notice what needs doing and get on with it
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Working proficiency in English (our day-to-day communication runs in English)
• German language skills are a plus
