About you I The Role

As a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant, you will support the daily operations of our warehouse, from the receipt to the dispatch of goods. You will ensure accurate stock management, assist in logistics coordination, and help maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Contract : Permanent role (CDI)

Department : Operations & Logistics

Reports to : Head of Operations & Logistics

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and accurate record‑keeping.
• Support goods handling: receiving, checking, packing, labelling, and dispatching orders.
• Contribute to logistics coordination by liaising with transport providers and tracking deliveries.
• Help maintain warehouse organisation, ensuring safe and efficient storage.
• Support compliance with documentation procedures and prepare activity reports.
• Apply health & safety regulations, use PPE, and report hazards.

Desired Profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and / or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management, goods handling, and logistics flows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Odoo (ERP / CRM), SharePoint, Teams, Monday.com.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Team player with good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French or another language is an asset.
