Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst for an hourly contract to help train AI systems. You will analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs, and exposure scenarios across infrastructure and applications, and help prioritize remediation.

You will work remotely 10–40 hours per week, collaborating with security teams to shape realistic security reasoning data for AI training, and apply practical knowledge of how real security teams operate to improve AI outputs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or infrastructure security.
• Solid understanding of CVEs, vulnerability scanners, patching workflows, and risk prioritization frameworks.
• Comfortable navigating the gap between theoretical risk scores and what actually matters in production environments.
• Clear, structured, and analytical communicator — able to explain your reasoning in writing.

This isn't a theoretical exercise. You'll work with realistic scenarios drawn from how security teams actually discover, prioritize, and remediate risk across modern infrastructure. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about cybersecurity.

What You'll Do

• Prior experience working on AI, data labeling, or annotation projects
