Almedia is seeking a hands-on VP of Engineering to own end-to-end engineering, quality, reliability, and people in Berlin, onsite. You will shape a lean, high-performing team with AI at the core and report to the CTO.

Lead frontend, backend, and reliability initiatives, align with Product and Design, and build a QA function to prevent defects while keeping the site highly available. This is an onsite role in Central Berlin.
