Your Next Destination – lawpilots

As VP Marketing, you will lead lawpilots’ marketing function into its next phase of growth. You will own the enterprise marketing strategy for the DACH region, build vertical go‑to‑market approaches, and position lawpilots as the trusted partner for regulatory learning. You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, be part of the leadership circle, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth, visibility, and impact.

  • Define and execute the enterprise and vertical‑focused go‑to‑market strategy for the DACH region, targeting companies with 250+ employees.
  • Build industry‑specific narratives and campaigns to position lawpilots as the vendor of choice for digital compliance training.
  • Own demand generation and account‑based marketing programs, including paid digital, SEO/SEM, events, and partner marketing.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 FTEs while remaining hands‑on in campaign design, content creation, and digital execution.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and reputation through storytelling, thought leadership, and PR/analyst relations.
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive enterprise pipeline growth and “wall‑to‑wall” adoption across key accounts.
  • Manage marketing analytics and reporting to ensure data‑driven optimization and accurate pipeline attribution.
  • Plan future team structure, budget, and organizational design as ARR grows.
What you bring on board - Your profile

You are a hands‑on marketing leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech scale‑ups. You combine strategic thinking with executional excellence and bring a strong enterprise mindset. You have:

  • Several years of experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, and enterprise marketing.
  • Strong expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Solid experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Fluency in German and English (both required).
  • A collaborative leadership style with a growth‑oriented, results‑driven mindset.
  • Experience in e‑learning, HR‑tech, regtech, or compliance is a plus.
