Aufgaben

• Supports the Manager in implementing the retail strategy by executing Visual Merchandising activities (window rotations, remerchandising, etc.).
• Oversees the setup of window displays and merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines and commercial needs.
• Develops training activities in stores, focused on understanding the techniques and logic behind visual merchandising.
• Ensures compliance with the timing of activities planned for stores, as scheduled with the Visual Merchandiser Manager.
• Constantly monitors sales performance to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented activities and to guide the visual merchandising strategy.
• Provides structured feedback to the Visual Merchandiser Manager regarding the needs of the retail network.
• Promotes role-related learning through proactive, team-based, and digital initiatives aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of responsibilities.
• Encourages, adopts, and develops the use of digital technologies within the role, both in process management and in interactions with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business.

Would you like to join our Retail team as Visual Merchandiser In-Store in our Munich MaxMara Store?

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining the brand's image in stores in line with company guidelines, as designing window displays and merchandising setups in alignment with the needs of the stores.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supports the Manager in implementing the retail strategy by executing Visual Merchandising activities (window rotations, remerchandising, etc.) in the assigned stores.
• Oversees the setup of window displays and merchandising in alignment with commercial needs and the available products in stores, while adhering to the guidelines established by the Brand and company standards.
• Develops training activities in stores, focused on understanding the techniques and logic behind visual merchandising, to ensure the proper execution of displays and merchandising setups.
• Ensures compliance with the timing of activities planned for stores, as scheduled with the Visual Merchandiser Manager.
