Peec AI in Berlin is seeking a Visiting Associate to help across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, taking ownership of early-stage initiatives and learning fast in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will build content, help launches, design processes, assist recruiting, and work hands-on with AI and SaaS tools, while growing into a core team member with a real path to a full-time role.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated and available full-time for 3–6 months.
• Experience in fast-moving environments such as startups, VC funds, or strategy consulting.
• Passion for startups and thriving in unstructured settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interest in AI and SaaS tools and hands-on with experimentation.
• Ambition to grow quickly and take ownership from day one.

Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. What you'll do

• Work across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, going where the company needs you most

• Help build our sales playbook and find revenue opportunities we haven't tapped yet

• Create content and drive launches for new product and growth initiatives

• Design internal processes and keep daily operations running without friction

• Help us grow the team, from coordinating recruiting to attracting top-tier talent

• Jump into messy, undefined problems, learn fast, and make things happen

What we’re looking for

• Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated, and available immediately full-time for 3-6 months

• Some prior exposure to a fast-moving environment: a startup, VC fund, investment bank, strategy consulting firm, or a student initiative you actually built something in

• An obsession with startups and a tendency to thrive in unstructured settings

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal - you’re comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships

• A solid grasp of technology and the excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and SaaS tools

• The hunger to grow fast and take real ownership from day one

Bonus points

• Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations

• Comfort with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, and n8n

• Strong analytical skills and fluency with numbers

• Creativity and an eye for design, so you can make content and decks look world-class
