Programme Highlights

• Business Insight: Rotational assignments span key areas of Visa’s business (e.g. Money Movement Solutions, Value Added Services, Product and Strategy). Graduates will also have the ability to choose rotations and projects that are aligned with their career goals and growth areas.
• Training & Development: Curated training courses in varied learning formats will be offered to expand business and industry knowledge and develop professional and technical skills.
• Networking Opportunities: Meaningful exposure to Visa leaders and subject matter experts will enable graduates to broaden their perspectives and think more strategically.
• Career Progression: Opportunity to progress into an Analyst role upon completing the programme.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Current university student graduating in the summer of 2026.
• Permanent legal authorisation to work in Germany. Visa will not provide sponsorship for this role.
• All degrees are welcome to apply.
• Oral and written fluency in German is required; in addition to high level of English (written/spoken).
