Job summary

Valeo in Germany offers a VPS Trainee/Apprentice/VIE position to develop industrial engineering and digitalisation skills. You will coordinate workshops, implement Valeo Production System measures, and support digital systems such as eWS/eBTT and MES.

We seek graduates with knowledge of FMEA, fluent English and basic German, plus strong communication and an international mindset. This is a full-time VIE assignment under APU - J in a multicultural, innovative setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience in digitalisation, industrial engineering and FMEA.
• Fluent English with basic German language skills.
• Strong communication skills and an international mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support workshops to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of measures from Valeo Production System workshops and technical changes (Industrial Engineering).
• Implement Valeo Production System training (5S, TPM, Hoshin…).
• Support and develop digital systems such as eWS/eBTT, MES and the TPM database.
• Develop and control maintenance plans.
• Participate in the creation of value stream and flow analyses.
• Support Industrial Engineering in the preparation of FMEAs and the execution of FDPR.
• Carry out 'micro stop' analyses and derive measures.

Job Description

• You coordinate and support workshops to improve productivity and increase efficiency.
• You coordinate and support the implementation of measures from Valeo Production System workshops and technical changes (Industrial Engineering).
• You implement Valeo Production System training (5S, TPM, Hoshin,…) .
• You support and further develop digital systems such as eWS/eBTT (electronic workstation), MES (manufacturing execution system) and the TPM database.
• You develop and control maintenance plans.
• You participate in the creation of value stream and flow analyses.
• You support Industrial Engineering in the preparation of FMEAs and the execution of FDPR (full day production run).
• You carry out "micro stop" analyses and derive measures.

Qualifications and Skills

• You are graduated from a Engineering degree.
• You already have experience in these fields, good knowledge and a good understanding of process digitalisation, of industrial engineering and FMEA.
• You have a fluent level of English & have basics German skills language skills.
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking.
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy.
