NODE Robotics in Stuttgart is seeking a creative Video Producer to work closely with our Sales & Marketing team. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, ensuring visual and technical consistency across various formats. A business-fluent level of German is essential, as well as experience with the Adobe Suite and a strong portfolio.

Your mission

You are our creative force behind the camera and at the edit. You will be part of our Sales & Marketing team, working closely with Product, Engineering, UI, and the executive team. You produce moving image content that brings our robots to life — from emotional brand films and product videos to social content, stills, and presentation materials. You work independently, think in formats, and have a genuine feel for how technology inspires visually.

• Concept, shoot, and edit brand films, product videos, event coverage, and social-first content (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Own the full post-production pipeline: editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Produce high-quality stills for website, campaigns, and PR
• Design pitch decks, presentations, and digital assets
• Develop and optimize 3D assets — including with AI-assisted workflows — for high-quality stills and cinematics
• Manage and run our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) — from planning to publishing
• Ensure consistent and timely media distribution across all relevant channels
• Build and continuously improve our content pipeline and production workflows
• Set up and operate a professional video podcast studio (multi-camera, broadcast quality)
• Ensure visual and technical quality across all formats and channels

Your profile

Must Have

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video production, motion design, or a creative agency
• Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Graphic design & presentation design (decks, infographics, digital assets)
• Strong eye for cinematography, composition, color, and pacing
• Portfolio featuring cinematic and social-format work (required)
• Business-fluent German (required), good English

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for content creation (Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, Artlist, or similar)
• Blender or comparable 3D software, including 3D motion graphics, shader and lighting setup
• Experience with VR/AR/XR content
• DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
• Podcast/multi-camera setup experience
• Willingness to travel
