YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist (Contractor) to support AI model training by evaluating AI-generated visuals and providing high‑quality human feedback across graphic design, video, and UX tasks. You will use your design expertise to assess outputs and contribute to AI training with detailed annotations.

You will work remotely with global teams, using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, and Mural/Milanote to review

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX.
• Paid experience in AI human-data work is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; remote work ability.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Scope of Work

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
